1. Go to 'www.1sttireandwheel.com
   
2. Click on Dealer Login Button. Enter your use name and password.

How to:

1. CHECK INVENTORY
   1. If you know the article # of the item you are seaching for, enter it in the ID field. This includes tubes, patches, glue, etc. For example, a Mastercraft P794 P235/75R15 RWL XL is #06490C. Enter 06490C and click on the search button. To search for a medium round patch, enter X11-322.
   2. If you know the size of the tire, type it in the Size Field. For radial tires, you will need to put an 'R' before the wheel size. Example: 23575R15, 28575R16, 48080R38
      • For non-radial (bias) tires, do not put an 'R'. To find a bias trailer tire, enter a 'D' before the wheel size. Example: 20575D14, 22575D15
      • For low-profile farm tires, enter a 'L' before the wheel size. Example: 95L15, 195L24
      • For regular farm tires, do not enter a 'D' or an 'R' before the wheel size. Example: 55015, 75016, 16924
   3. Click on the Search Button to call up all brands we stock in that size. To find a particular brand, after entering the size, enter our type number in the Type Field. Example: Mastercraft is type 05. All of the Mastercraft tires we have in stock in that size should appear.
   4. The Available Field is what is available for us to ship.
   5. The Code Field is your cost per unit.
2. ORDER TIRES
   1. After hitting the search button, select the tires you want and click on the order button. It will automatically take you to the Workorder Entry Screen.
   2. Enter the quantity you want.
   3. Click on the Save Button. It will automatically take you back to to the search screen.
   4. Use the same procedure to select additional items.
   5. When the order is complete, click on the Edit WO #.
   6. If the order is correct, click on the SUBMIT Button. You MUST click on submit to complete the order process.
   7. If the order is not correct, click on the 'VOID' order button.

NOTE: For us to fill and ship your order, you MUST click on submit. The work order will not print here if you do not submit it


To find:

Wheels/Rims

1. Go to Size Field. Enter 'RIM' and the rim size. Example: RIM15 for a 15" wheel, RIM8 for an 8" wheel.
2. Click on the Search Button.

ATV Tires by wheel size

1. Go to Description field. Enter ATV and the rim size. Example: ATV8 for an 8" ATV tire, ATV10 for a 10" ATV tire.
2. Click on the Search Button. The screen should appear with all of the 8" or 10" tires we have in stock.
   

Radial Farm Tires

1. If you know the metric size, enter it into the Size field.
2. If you do not know the metric size, go to the Description field and enter the conventional size. Example: 184R38
3. Click on the Search Button. The screen should appear with the availability of the new metric size, 48080R38.
   

17", 18", 19", 20" (etc.) tire sizes when you do not know the entire size

1. Go to Size Field. If the size starts with 2 (as in 27545R20) or a 3 (as in 30550R20) enter the appropriate number.
2. Go to St/Pl Field and type in wheel size (20 for 20", etc.)
3. Click on Search Button. All 20" tires normally stocked should appear.
   

Wheel Weights

1. Go to the Size Field. Enter WW.
2. Click on the Search Button. All wheel weights should appear grouped by type of weight.
   

Patches, Boots, Valve Stems, Etc.

1. Go to the Size Field. Type in XT.
2. Click on the Search Button.

Tubes

1. Go to ID Field.
2. Type in FTUB.
3. Click on the Search Button.
